What is dropshipping?

Dropshipping is a method whereby the web store does not need to stock and directs the consumer's order directly to the wholesaler. The wholesaler supplies the packaging and delivery of the product directly to the consumer.

What are the costs?

Registering on our website is free. We do not charge monthly fees. For each item, we calculate handling and shipping costs in addition to the price of the item. These costs will be shown in your shopping cart when ordering.

How can I include your assortment in my store? Automatic upload from our back office possible?

After registration on our website you can download our entire assortment to a .csv file. With this file you can easily upload our assortment to your webshop. For technical support, we ask you to contact your webshop provider. As soon as we add new products, we will add a new .csv file. Behind the link you will see a date of the last upload.

How does ordering work?

We take care of the rest. You will receive a confirmation as soon as the item has been shipped.

What should I do if my customer still has not received the item after 2 days?

All cases are shipped with mailbox mail, so without Track & Trace. Shipping in the Netherlands with PostNL usually takes 1 to 2 business days, if ordered before 17:00. Shipping to Belgium usually takes 4 to 5 business days until it arrives at your customer.

There is also a delay with PostNL or the Belgian postal service, so it may take a few additional days.

If your customer has not received the item after a week, then the package is presumably lost during shipping. However, we are not responsible for the loss of the item during shipment. You must order the item again for your customer.

Can I choose to send the Track & Trace case to my customer?

At checkout, you can choose to send your order by mailbox or with Track & Trace to your customer.
